Voice Mail
9.1 Overview
This chapter shows you how to set up voice mail for the X2002’s calls, using the
Configuration > PBX > Server Configuration > Voice Mail
screen.
Voice mail messages on the X2002 are stored on the built-in flash memory of the
X2002. To ensure that one user does not utilize a disproportionate amount of
voice mail capacity, you can limit the voice mail resources on a per user basis.

Voicemail Forwarding Method
You can manage your voice mail messages by forwarding them to email accounts
associated with each telephone extension on the X2002. See

Access Personal Voice Mail
Users can access their personal voice mail system by dialing the feature code for
voice mail (by default,

) followed by their extension number. In the voice mail
system, users can manage their personal voice messages, record their temporary
