22.4.1 Global Setting Screen
Use this screen to customize the default music callers will hear when placed on
hold. If you create any custom profiles then they can override this setting.
Click
Configuration > PBX > Call Services > Music On Hold
to open the
screen as shown.

Use this screen to manage your music on hold profiles.
Click
Configuration > PBX > Call Services > Music On Hold
then click the
Customized MOH
tab to open the screen as shown.
