REMOVAL
1. Remove:
• Rear engine mounting nut
• Front engine mounting nuts
• Washers
TIP
Do not remove the engine mounting bolts.
2. Remove:
• Engine assembly
Removal steps:
• Screw in the engine mounting bolt spacers
(front and rear) using the engine mount spacer
wrench

so that there is a gap between each
engine mounting bolt spacer

and engine

• Remove the engine mounting bolts, and then
remove the engine assembly.

90890-01516, YS-01516

INSTALLATION
TIP
After installing all parts, refer to “CABLE ROUT-
ING” in CHAPTER 9, to check the cable, lead and
hose routing.
1. Install:
• Engine assembly
TIP
Use the engine mount spacer wrench to tighten the
engine mounting bolt spacers.
Installation steps:
• Install the engine mounting bolt spacers (front
and rear) to the frame.
• Install the engine assembly and then, install the
rear engine mounting bolt, front engine mount-
ing bolts and washer.
