INSTALLING THE SHEAVE DRUM
1. Install:
• Sheave drum
NOTE:
• Position the inner end of the spiral
spring on the retainer post of the
sheave drum.
• Check through the hole on the retainer
post that the spiral spring inner end is
engaged.
2. Install:
• Drive plate
• Drive pawl string
• Starter rope
Install steps
(1) Mount the drive pawl spring onto
the drive plate .
(2) Insert the drive pawl spring through
the hole of pawl spring, and attach
them on the sheave drum.
(3) Attach the starter rope on the starter
handle.
3. Set:
• Spiral spring
NOTE:
Wind the spiral spring three turns counter-
clockwise with the starter rope.
