(1) Loosen the screws

(2) Adjust the position of the throttle posi-
tion sensor until the specified output
voltage is obtained.
(3) Tighten the screws.

CAUTION:
Do not adjust the throttle valve when it is
operating properly. Excess adjustment may
cause poor engine performance.
Adjustment steps
(1) Remove all of the blind plugs

(2) Connect the adaptors

and vacuum
gauge

to the intake manifold assem-
bly as shown.
(3) Start the engine and allow it to warm
up for several minutes.
(4) Connect the tachometer to the spark
plug lead of cylinder #1.
