Use the following chart as a guide to general maintenance intervals.
Dependant on operating conditions, adjust the maintenance intervals accordingly.
(*1)
Be sure replace the timing belt after every 1,000 hours or 5 years (whichever comes first) of operation.
(*2)
If leaded gasoline is usually used, engine valves and related parts should be inspected after every
300 hours of operation in addition to the items on the maintenance chart above.
(*3)
The engine should be flushed with fresh water after operating in salt, turbid or muddy water.
(*4)
Except for the cylinder head bolts and crankcase journal bolts.
