You can use the following file formats:

• PDF: PDF 1.3 or later

Extension: .pdf

• TIFF: Grayscale 4bit or 8bit uncompressed, 8bit or 24bit JPEG compressed, and MH/MMR compressed

Extension: .tiff

• XPS files

Extension: .xps

If the medium contains more than 900 files, the printer recognizes the first 900 files, which includes all files
inside and outside of folders.

PDF files that are saved on a Mac OS

do not appear onscreen, and you cannot print the files.

If a filename contains characters that are not supported by the printer, the filename does not appear
onscreen.

–

Filenames can be 1–240 characters.
