On the Copy Job Flow Sheet screen, change the name for the new job flow sheet, then touch SSaavvee. The new
job flow sheet is created.

To change the settings for the new job flow sheet, select the item that you want to change, then edit the
settings as needed. For details, refer to
Editing or Deleting Settings for a Job Flow Sheet

Touch SSaavvee. The new job flow sheet appears in the job flow sheet list.

To exit the Create Job Flow Sheet screen, touch C

Deleting a Job Flow Sheet
1.
At the control panel, press the M

Locating a Job Flow Sheet Using the Search Function
To locate a job flow sheet quickly, you can search using the following methods:
• Search by Name: You can use all or part of the job flow sheet name.
• Search by Keyword: You can use keywords. There are two ways to search by keyword:

You can type a keyword into the Search by Keyword field.
–
You can use Select Keyword. This option allows you to choose a keyword from the list of keywords that was
set up by your administrator.
Note: If your administrator has not defined any keywords, the Select Keyword option is not available.
To search for a job flow sheet:
