Clearing Paper Jams on the Interface Decurler Module

Open the front cover on the Interface Decurler Module (IDM).

Remove the jammed paper:

a. Push down lever 1

1aa.

b. Turn knob 11bb counterclockwise.

Note: To ensure that the jammed paper exits the area, turn the knob a minimum of 10 times.

c. Remove the jammed paper.

Important: Remove the jammed paper by carefully pulling it out of the area.

Return lever 1

1aa to the original position.

If you encounter difficulty when removing jammed paper, do the following.
