Connecting the overflow
vessel with valve
For the outlet tubing of the valve, another access to the outlet pipe is
required. For this purpose, the scope of delivery contains a HT-Y piece
that is inserted in the righthand drainpipe (see Fig. 3-23).

Attention
The drain must be pressure free!
7 Connect the overflow vessel to the following connectors (see
Fig. 3-24):
– Connect the sample or permeate tube (black tube, inner dia-
meter = 6 mm) to the front connection piece of the overflow
vessel.
– Bridge two fittings of the overflow vessel with the aid of the
tubing bridge (60 mm, inner diameter 1.5 mm).
– Connect the sample overflow (center connection piece) to
the upper HT-Y piece.
Tube: Inner diameter = 6 mm, black.
– Lead the permeate tube of the analyzer module (black
tubing, inner diameter = 1.5 mm) through the left-hand dril-
ling in the TresCon UNO enclosure bottom and connect it to
the fitting of the overflow vessel.
– Connect the sediment outlet to the lower HT-Y piece. Tube:
Inner diameter = 9.5 mm, black.
