6.2 Disassembling the module for repair purposes
Attention
Depending on the analyzer module, the consumables in the wet chemi-
cal system can be harmful to health (e.g. corrosive or irritating).
Observe the relevant safety instructions in the operating manual of the
analyzer module and keep to the protective measures given there.

1 Empty the wet chemical system of the analyzer module com-
pletely with the aid of the
Empty system service routine. The
course is described in detail in the operating manual of the ana-
lyzer module.
2 Open the enclosure door.
3 Switch off the TresCon UNO. Bring the On/Off switch to the O
position.
4 Pull the permeate tube (pos. 1 in Fig. 6-4) off the overflow ves-
sel and pull it into the TresCon UNO enclosure.
5 Pull all the consumables tubes (pos. 2 in Fig. 6-4) off the screw
connectors of the consumables containers and pull them into
the TresCon UNO enclosure.
