Set Up Port Shaper Rate in Mbps Throughput
The equivalent ICLI commands are:

! Enable Shaper on Port 3 and set the rate to 4 Mbps (config)# interface

To configure shaping on Queue 3 and Queue 4 at different rates on Port 3, and to configure queue shapers to
measure the data rate instead of the line rate, perform the following steps.
