CONTROLLI E VERIFICHE DA
EFFETTUARE PRESSO L’ UTI-
LIZZATORE
Per assicurarsi che la macchina
durante il trasporto e l’installazio-
ne non abbia subito danni, ese-
guire con scrupolo i seguenti con-
trolli:
Macchina NON installata
Identificazione della macchina
mediante n° di serie
- Verificare la presenza e la inte-
grità delle targhe di pericolo e di
avvertenza.
Macchina IN funzione
- Controllare l’ efficienza e la inte-
grità di tutte le protezioni e dei
dispositivi di sicurezza.
- Controllare la temperatura di re-
gime dei vari componenti. Non
devono riscaldarsi in modo ec-
cessivo;
- Lasciare funzionare a vuoto la
macchina per
alcuni minuti (2’
max)
senza materiale all’ inter-
no per verificare il corretto fun-
zionamento di ogni componen-
te.
É sempre preferibile programma-
re periodicamente gli interventi
anziché dovere intervenire in con-
dizioni di emergenza, questo sia
per ragioni economiche che di
comodità di intervento, così da
eliminare potenziali arresti du-
rante i periodi di massima produ-
zione.
CHECKING AND TESTING AT
USER’S PREMISES
To ensure that the machine has
not been damaged during trans-
port or installation, carry out the
following checks carefully:
Machine NOT installed
Identification of machine by
means of Serial No.
- Ensure that the warning and
hazard notices are present on
the machine and that they are
in good condition.
Machine IN operation:
- Ensure that all the guards and
safety devices of the machine
are intact and in perfect work-
ing condition.
- Check the temperature of the
various components when the
machine is running. These must
not heat up excessively;
- Let the machine run empty for
maximum 2 minutes
with-
out material inside to check the
correct functioning of each
component.
It is advisable to program main-
tenance operations instead of
acting in the event of an emer-
gency, both for economic rea-
sons and as regards conven-
ience, so as to eliminate the risk
of possible stops during periods
of maximum production.

Pour s’assurer que la machine

dant le transport et l’installation,
exécuter avec soin les contrô-
les suivants:

- Vérifier la présence et l’intégri-
té des plaques de danger et de
recommandation.
La machine en SERVICE:
- Contrôler l’efficacité et l’intégri-
té de toutes les protections et
des dispositifs de sécurité.
- Contrôler la température de ré-
gime des divers composants. Il
ne doivent pas s’échauffer
excessivement;
- Laisser fonctionner la machine
à vide pendant
quelques mi-
nutes (au maxi 2’)
sans pro-
duit à l’intérieur pour vérifier le
fonctionnement correct de
chaque composant.
Il convient de programmer régu-
lièrement les intervention au lieu
d’intervenir en conditions d’émer-
gence, tant pour des raisons
économiques que de commodité
d’intervention, afin d’éliminer les
arrêts potentiels pendant les pé-
riodes de production maximale.

Um sicherzustellen, daß die Ma-
schine beim Transport und beim
Einbau keine Schäden erlitten
hat, sollten die folgenden Kon-
trollen durchgeführt werden:
Vor dem Einbau des Geräts
Identifikation des Geräts mittels
Serien-Nr.
- Sicherstellen, daß alle Warn-
und Hinweisschilder vorhan-
den und unbeschädigt sind.
Bei laufendem Gerät:
- Die Funktionstüchtigkeit und
Unversehrtheit aller Schutz-
und Sicherheitsvorrichtungen
prüfen.
- Die Betriebstemperatur der ver-
schiedenen Bauteile prüfen.
Diese dürfen sich nicht zu stark
erhitzen.
- Die Maschine
maximal 2 Mi-
nuten
ohne Zugabe von Ma-
terial laufen lassen und dabei
alle Bestandteile auf ihre kor-
rekte Funktion prüfen.
Es ist immer besser, einen War-
tungsplan zu erstellen, anstatt im
Notfall eingreifen zu müssen.
Produktions-ausfallzeiten lassen
sich so minimieren.
