De voeder kan met verlengingen
worden bevestigd. De verlenging
kan worden vastgebout aan de
afstelbare ondersteuning, XJX,
aan het voedereinde, en worden
gelast een het ondersteunende
geraamte (bijv. van weegtrechter)
aan het andere einde.
Behandeling: grondverf coating.
In Verbindung mit den Rohrschel-
len XJX dient die einarmige Tele
-
skopverlängerung XKR011, als
eigentliches Abstützungsorgan.
Die Befestigung zur Rohrschelle
erfolgt mittels Schrauben und
Muttern. Bauseitig wird die Te-
leskopverbindung z. B. an den
Waagenrahmen geschweißt.
Oberflächenbehandlung: Grund
-
anstrich.
The feeder can be fixed using
extensions. The extension can be
bolted to the adjustable support,
XJX, at the feeder end and weld
-
ed to the supporting framework
(e.g. of the weigh hopper) at the
other end.
Treatment: primer coot.
Afstelbare ondersteuningen zijn
krachtige leidingklemmen gebruikt
voor het bevestigen van de voeder
aan een bestaande structuur en om
trilling en buigingen te voorkomen.
Ze kunnen op ieder punt van het
leidingdeel worden gemonteerd,
omdat ze bestaan uit twee halve
ringen die samen worden gebout.
Afwerking: verzinkt
Rohrschellen zur Zwischenabstüt-
zung oder Abspannung verwen-
den (ES-Schnecken > 7 m ME-MA
sollten je nach Rohrdurchmesser
und Einbauwinkel ca. alle 3 bis
3.5 m abgestützt oder abgespannt
werden).
Oberflächenbehandlung: feuer

Adjustable supports are strong
pipe clamps used for fixing of the
feeder to an existing structure and
to prevent vibrations and flections.
They can be mounted at any point
of the pipe section, as they are
made up of two half-rings that are
bolted together.
Finishing: galvanized
Les supports réglables sont des
colliers robuste pour la fixation
des vis tubulaires à des structures
portantes.
Ils peuvent être positionnés le
long du tube extérieur puisqu’ils
sont constitués de deux demi-col-
liers boulonnés entre eux.
Traitement: galvanisés
La fixation de la vis peut être ef

fectué au moyen d’une prolonge
à une jambe XKR011.
La prolonge est boulonnée au
support réglable XJX sur la vis
et soudée par exemple sur le
châssis de la bascule.
Traitement: àntirouille.
