’ to enter the value currently being measured by the ATi. (This does
not apply to ‘Ibias’, the DC bias current.)

(Remember that the combination of ‘AUTO f’ and a fixed voltage is not
allowed.)

‘Shift’
key is used to enter the multipliers ‘k’ (x1,000) or ‘M’ (x 1,000,000).
Ibias is always entered and displayed in mA. There are no multipliers for Ibias.
