5.10Upon detection of no medium during roll
media cutting
If the media sensor detects no medium while the roll media is being cut, cutting
stops automatically. Check the remaining medium length and select whether to
continue cutting or quit.

If the media sensor detects no medium while the roll media is being cut, cutting
stops and the display appears as shown below.

If the amount of medium remaining is sufficient for the cutting data, press the
F3 key (CONTINUE JOB).
Note that allowing the medium to run out entirely may result in damage to the
cutting mat.
If the amount of medium remaining is insufficient for the cutting data, press the
F4 key (QUIT JOB).
The CLEAR BUFFER MEMORY display appears. Clear the buffer memory as
described in step 2 of “5.1 Using the HOLD Function” in the User's Manual.
