TCAS Intruders Static TIS-B Only Screen

The Static TIS-B Only Screen allows the user to define all the parameters for a Static TIS-B (DF18) 
intruder. Parameters can be defined using the setting fields on the Main Display Area or by using the 
softkey menu.
