Description:
This command sets the starting transmission time (in µs) within the block of
the message selected.
Message Number:
1 to 1000
Numeric:
0 to 89999880 (decimal ASCII)
Default:
0 µs.
Every additional message defaults 130 µs after previous. Maximum time
depends on frame period value.
Example:
:RGS:TXBLOCK:2:TIME 99\r
Command Syntax:

number>{:TYPE}SP<numeric>[,<numeric1>]CR
Description:
This command sets the type of the message selected. The optional
argument <numeric1> defines the ATCRBS Interrogation type.

1 to 4 (decimal ASCII)
