Snmptrap <on | off>

DESCRIPTION
Snmptrap command is used to enable/disable sending of
the traps from the radio.
Snmpd must be ON for snmptrap to be ON and trapip
should be configured correctly.
EXAMPLE
Set snmptrap ON
