damage of the threads and the
tapered end.

S p ecia l c a re should be taken on the
following items upon assembly and
adjustment.
1. A l w a y s re p la c e the gaskets o r
packings upon assem bly.
2. B e f o r e assem bling, clean each part
with gasoline.
3. A l l
sliding
o r
rotating portion
should be coated with engine oil,
and be checked fo r p r o p e r o p e
ration after assem bly.
4. A s the p rim a ry and s ec on d a ry
main jet diameters a r e different,
n e v e r install the w ro n g o n e .
T h e prim a ry main jet diameter is
sm aller than the se c on d a ry main
jet, and also the s e c o n d a ry main
jet is plated.
5. A l s o do not install the main air
b lee d er w r o n g ly .
T h e p rim a ry main air b leed er is
longer than the s ec on d a ry main
air b l e e d e r , and also the diameter
of the p rim a ry main air blee d er is
la r g e r than the s e c o n d a ry main
air b le e d e r .
6 . If the c h o k e , high s p e e d , p rim ary
