Installing the Top Cover 

Install the top cover with the display assembly according to the following procedures and Figures 4-
29, 4-30.  

1.

 

Connect the switch board, touch pad, I/O board flat cables to CN6, CN7 and CN5 on the 
system board. 

2.

 

Place the top cover, adjusting its position. 

3.

 

Turn the computer upside down and fix it with the following 15 screws:  
- Three M2.5x10 black flat-head screws 
- Eight M2.5x6 black bind screws 
- One M2.5x8 black flat-head screws 
- Three M2.5x3 white flat-head screws.
