Positioning operation
You can perform this in all operation modes.
When "Push (%)" in the program table is "0," positioning operation will be performed to move the
actuator to the target "Position."
The INPS output (pin.30) is turned ON when the current position enters into the "IN-POSI" of the
target "POSI."
