Trace Level Instruction Manual

Thermo Fisher Scientific

Turn instrument OFF, unplug the power cord, and remove the cover.

Disconnect the plumbing connections from the flow transducer. Note
the plumbing connections to facilitate reconnection.

Replacing the Flow Transducer

Disconnect the flow transducer cable from the measurement interface
board.

Loosen the two retaining nuts securing the flow transducer to the
ozonator bracket and remove the flow transducer.

To install the flow transducer, follow previous steps in reverse.

Calibrate the flow transducer. Refer to the “Flow Transducer
Calibration” procedure that follows.

Use the following procedure to calibrate the flow transducer.
