Setting Up Tests

7.1

Setting Up Tests

To set-up a new test on the system the set-up menu should be selected from the startup display. Press “

” until the

left most button indicates “

SETUP

”. Press this button and the system will enter the setup menu. The following screen

is shown:

Basically the TTR2795 has 3 operating modes; Manual, Semi-automatic and Full-automatic.

Manual

User has to set the HV Config, LV Config and Ph Displacement

Semi-automatic

User has to set the HV Config & LV Config. Ph Displacement is set as ??

“??” selection means that the TTR will detect the Phase Displacement

Full-automatic

User sets

HV Config

to “

Auto 3 ph

”. “

Auto 3 ph

” selection means that the

TTR will try to detect the vector group of the transformer

HV Config

The

HV Config

sets the winding configuration of the HV side of the transformer.

The options for setting the “

LV Config

” and “

Ph Displacement

” may or may not

be displayed depending on the HV configuration selected.
