To prevent generating false events for ECO driving, harsh acceleration and harsh braking is
monitored only when following conditions are fulfilled:
Ignition is ON
Harsh cornering is monitored only when following conditions are fulfilled:
Ignition is ON
ECO driving or Green driving Scenario:
Eco driving is based on accelerometer value and Green
driving based on GPS position.
PLEASE NOTE that Eco Driving functionality is dependent on accelerometer.

Mounting Requirements
PLEASE PAY ATTENTION, that ECO driving functionality will operate correctly
only if device is mounted into the vehicle in a proper position.
ECO driving functionality operation is based on accelerometer. It is important to mount
FMB630 device correctly to avoid functionality malfunctions (first condition). In the picture
below (Figure 66) mounting recommendations are displayed. Please
note
that beside those
recommendations

You can choose how FMB630 is deployed. It means that that there is no effect to
measurements if FMB630 top/bottom side points up or down.
2.
Device can be deployed at any place in the car.
