<Strict Priority(SP)|Weighted Round Robin(WRR)>
[OPTIONAL]
--min-rate Minimum Rate [1-100000 Kbps] (-1 indicates no shaping)
(-1 by default)
--queue-weigth Queue weight [1-63]
