7.2.7.2.3 “outgoing” sub-node
By default, all outgoing IP traffic from LAN is allowed, but some IP traffic can be BLOCKED by setting up filters. The aim of this sub-node is to allow
the configuration of those filters.
7.2.7.2.3.1 “create” command
