the lid at the end of or during the programme.
• When using programme No. 9 (jam, compotes) watch out
for steam and hot spattering when opening the lid.

touches the heating element, it can catch fire, therefore:
- do not exceed the quantities indicated in the recipes.
- do not exceed a total of 1000 g of dough.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Unplug the appliance and let it cool down.
• Clean the body of the appliance and the inside of the pan with a damp sponge. Dry thoroughly.
• Wash the pan and kneading paddle in hot water.
If the kneading paddle remains stuck in the pan, let it soak for 5 to 10 min.
• Remove the lid to clean it with hot water.
• Do not wash any part in a dishwasher.
• Do not use household cleaning products, scouring pads or alcohol. Use a soft, damp cloth.
