Carry out the procedure described in
paragraph: 7.12. “Motor guard disassembly”,
only as far as removing the upper guard.

Back off the screws
(a)
using a medium
Phillips screwdriver.
8.
Remove the entire box from its compartment
in the machine.
9.
Disconnect the cables entering the electrical
box:
•
Power supply cable from the power
supply box;
•
Cable connecting upper and lower
assemblies (TRM-19);
•
Limit switch cable (TRM-54);
•
Ground connection cable;
•
Fan cable (TRM-05);
•
Tread belt motor cable (TRM-06);
•
Tread belt motor encoder cable (TRM-
07);
•
Elevation motor cable (TRM-08).
To reassemble the electrical box, carry out the
above steps in reverse order.
