3.2 Turn On System
1.
Use the accessory AC cord to connect to the DS main unit.
2.
Connect the cord to apply AC power with care to AC source voltage.
3.
Press the main power lower part (| display side) on the rear panel to turn on the main power
source.
4.
Press the power switch on the front panel.
5.
Initial screen is displayed with flashing LED on the front panel.
6.
When the system boots up, the next <READY> is displayed.
Amount of free space of HDD displayed in <Free> is different based on the system recording
conditions.
Turning Power ON Procedure for DHCP Enable State
Make sure to DHCP server in the network activated before turning on the power of the DS system
to acquire the ID address to be used at the DS system.
Re-stat System
If the following screen is displayed after the initial screen is displayed, turn off the power switch
once to restart the system.
