Electric Switch Adjustment
11 . Counterweight equipped detection
switch• 1 (CS 1 8), switch•2
(CS 1 9) and switch•3 (CS20)
Adjust the switch position so that the dimension G
becomes 2 mm (0.08 in) - 6 mm (0.24 in) or less,
when retracting the counterweight cylinder and
raising the counterweight.

[NOTICE]
Confirm the dimension G is within 8 mm (0.32 in),
when inserting the counterweight mounting pin,
extending the counterweight cylinder and lowering
the counterweight.
(Also, confirm the switch is turned ON.)
Apply thread locking agent to the threaded section
of the switch.

detection switch• 1 (CS24) and
switch•2 (CS25)
[Condition]
• Boom: Full retraction
Horizontal
Rear position
• Counterweight: Dismount all from swing table
Adjust it at the swing position where the shift at the
center of Φ 70 and Φ 80 becomes a right and left
distribution with the counterweight dismounted.
