Air Bleeding Procedure
2. Accelerator circuit
1 . Bleed the accelerator circuit by depressing the
accelerator pedal in the crane operator’s cab
repeatedly with the carrier engine stopped. (there
are three bleeding points.)
2. After bleeding, check that the oil level in the
reserve tank in the cab is between the marks
indicating the allowable lowest and highest levels.
3. After bleeding, depress the accelerator pedal
gradually and make sure that the engine functions
smoothly at all engine speeds from idling to
maximum speed. If not, repeat bleeding and
accelerator adjustment.

3. Swing circuit
3. 1 Swing motor
Bleed the swing motor by following either ( 1 ), (2) or
(3).
( 1 ) Pour the hydraulic oil through the drain port into
the casing until the oil flows out.
(2) Perform the right or left swing operation slowly
for approx. one minute.
(3) Set the swing brake switch to ON. Perform the
right or left swing operation and keep the swing
circuit hydraulic pressure at approx. 4.9MPa (7

psi) for approx. 30 seconds.

Set the PTO switch and the swing brake switch to
ON, and set the engine speed to the maximum

). Repeat the rapid swing operation to the
right or the left until no more air bubbles come out of
the air bleeder screw.
