State of air-conditioning ?
State of A/C installation ?
Check bubble

R/D sight glass.
Abnormal sound.
Shaking caused by belt looseness.
Looseness of bolts and screws.
Too much belt tension.
D - hose pulsation or shaking.
When clutch OFF.
Clutch bearing failure.
Contact and slippage by airgap
failure.
Idle pulley bearing failure.
Deflection or too much tension
of belt.
Looseness of bolts and screws
Shaking or contact of amateur.
Replace main unit.
Adjust belt tension.
Re-tighten bolts and screws.
Add such as rubber mounts.
Repair external or replace clutch.
Re-tighten bolts and screws.
Adjust belt tension.
Repair or replace clutch.
Confirm user's comments well,
and reproduce the sound.
