Blower motor does not operate.
Is there a battery voltage on both blower motor
terminals (+) and (-) with air blow HI? (Note 1)
(Note 1) Measure it with connector connected.
(Note 2) Turn OFF the air conditioner, vehicle key switch, and light switch for safety while
connecting wires directly.

Is there battery voltage between
blower motor (+) red and body?
Replace blower motor.
Check blower motor relay.
Does blower motor operate if white/red
wire and red wire of blower motor relay are
connected directly? (Note 2)
Is there a voltage of approx. 10V between
blue/black wire and ground line?
Replace controller.
Is there a conduct between
blue/black wire and black
wire of blower amplifier?
Check and repair, or
replace wiring harness.
Is there a battery voltage between
blower motor relay's white/red wire
and body?
Check abnormality in
wiring, and replace
blower amplifier.
Check and repair
wiring harness.
Does blower motor operate if brown/red wire of
blower motor relay is shorted to ground line?
Replace relay.
Check and repair, or
replace wiring harness.
Check and repair wiring
harness, or replace controller.
