1 . Remove the spring.
2. Adjust height H of the padal with the end D and
cylinder rod to 1 75- 1 85 mm (6.9-7.3 in)
3. Screw the knob fully.
4. Screw the bolt B and fix it immediately before the
pedal begins to move.
At this time, confirm the poppet valve of master
cylinder is not closed.
(Confirm the point which changes control force
when pressing the pedal by the hand, in a word,
the poppet valve closes and pressure begins to
rise.)
5. Install the spring.
6. Remove the bolt C to facilitate the air bleeding.
(To facilitate the air bleeding by increasing the
discharge volume from the master cylinder when
air is bled.)
7. Execute the air bleeding surely.
8. Adjust IDL and MAX with the lower operation
ass’y accelerator.
9. Depress the pedal unit the maximum engine
speed (whith no-load) can be secured, apply the
bolt C to the pedal, screw in the bolt one turn from
that state, and lock the bolt with nut.

[NOTICE]
The maker setting revolution adjustment is
unnecessary.
However, the standard of a measurement value
proper range in the carrier tachometer reading of
(*2) and (*3) is the following ranges. (These are
reference value.)
*2: 1 350 to 1 500 min
- 1
*3: 2200 to 2350 min
- 1
