12. Route the top of the SV cable cover (EXD2) through
the four screws of the guide channel (3) assembly and
fix it with the two screws (PWH4

8) to the metal
plate of the runner flex.
5. Installing the Idler Assembly
Install the idler (upper) assembly and the idler (lower)
assembly with the two screws (PWH4
x
8) and hook the
timing belt (X) on the idler assembly.

When the number of extension consoles to be connected
is 3 or 4 : Attach it to the second extension console.

When the number of extension consoles to be connected
is 5 or 6 : Attach it to the third extension console.
6. Installing the Carrier Assembly
Install the carrier assembly in reverse order of “1-1. Carrier
assembly”.

When moving the carrier assembly on the Y rail, move it
to the front (near to the outside cabinet side) so that the
hand block must not be caught by the bin assembly.

After the carrier assembly is installed, remove the
screwdriver that is used to fix the carrier assembly to the
desired height, from the Y rail.
7. Installing the Outside Cabinet
Attach the outside cabinet parts referring to step 12 of
Section “6-5. Connecting Extension Consoles”.
