7. Removing the X Belt
1.
When connecting an extension console at a latter time,
fix the X-axis shipping metal fixture (top)/(bottom) of
the basic console and the Z-axis shipping metal.
(Refer to Section 6-3.)
(When the extension console is connected at the same
time with the basic console, this procedure is not
necessary.)
2.
Move the carrier assembly to the desired position to
facilitate connection and insert a screwdriver or other
tool into the hole of the Y rail to fix the Y rail.

When moving the transfer assembly, be sure to hold
the rails.

Do not apply excessive force to the drive block or
fragile parts (hand assembly, parts, etc.) that can be
easily damaged.

Be careful not to pinch the harness between the
screwdriver, etc. and carrier assembly on the Y rail.
6. Connecting the X Rail (bottom)
1.
Slide the X rail (bottom) of the extension console in
the direction of the arrow until it contacts with the X
rail of the basic console.

Fasten the hexagonal head cap bolts (M4
x
25) 4
pieces.
3.
Check clearance between the connected X rails.
Specifications : Clearance must be 0.1 mm or less.
4.
When you want to add the second to the 6th extension
console, connect the X rail (bottom) in the same way.
Thickness gauge 0.1 mm cannot be entered.
