6-3. Removal of the Shipping Metal Fixtures
4.
Attach the removed upper shipping metal fixture (X) us-
ing the hexagonal head cap bolts that were attached at step
4 of “2 Shipping metal fixture of the Y-axis direction” in
the direction of the arrow, move the shipping metal fixture
to the front, then fix it in the direction of the arrow.
5.
Remove the two hexagonal head cap bolts (a), loosen
the two hexagonal head cap bolts (b), then remove the
shipping metal fixture (X) on the bottom of the
transfer assembly in the direction of the arrow.
6.
Attach the two removed hexagonal head cap bolts (a) to
the shipping metal fixture (X) in the same way as step 3.
7.
Reattach the shipping metal fixture (X) upside down,
move it to the front, then fix it in the direction of the arrow.
4. Shipping metal fixture of the Z-axis direction
Removal
1.
Move the transfer assembly to a position that facili-
tates the removal.

When moving the transfer assembly, be sure to hold
the rails.

Do not apply excessive force to the drive block or
fragile parts (hand assembly, belt, etc.) that can be
easily damaged.
2.
Remove a screw (with drop-safe) and remove the
shipping metal fixture (Z).
3.
Attach the removed shipping metal fixture (Z) to the
position shown in the figure.
4.
Remove the screwdriver inserted into the hole of the Y rail.

Before removing the screwdriver and making the
carrier assembly fall free, be sure to confirm that the
Z-axis is fully set in the direction of the arrow.
