Fix both consoles with the eight hexagonal head cap
bolts (M4
x
8) supplied with the extension console.

Open the flat cable clamp of the extension console and
connect the flat cable to the connector (CN102 : SE-
590 board) of the basic console.
2. Connecting the Console
2-1. When connecting a single or two extension
consoles

Connect the extension console to the basic console.
(1) Attach the supplied pillar reference pin and spring
washer to the basic console as shown in the figure.
(2) Align the three reference pins with the reference holes
while adjusting the height of the four casters on the
extension console, and connect the extension console
to the basic console.
(Refer to the caster 360 degree clockwise raises the
console by 2.5 mm. Rotating the caster 360 degree
counter-clockwise lowers the console by 2.5 mm)
(3) If there is a clearance between the contact surfaces of
the basic console and the extension console, adjust the
height of another four casters to remove the clearance.
