AUDIO CONTROL

Operating Speaker, Volume and Squelch

 

1.

Press 

 to switch the internal as well as the

external Speaker on and off.
The Speaker annunciator will be displayed when 
the Speaker is on.

2.

Press 

 or 

 to adjust the Speaker 

Level.
The Speaker annunciator will flash when minimum or 
maximum speaker level is reached.

3.

Press 

 to turn the Squelch on and off.

 

The Squelch will switch on the audio in periods 
where a voice signal is received. 
The Squelch annunciator will be displayed when 
the Squelch is on.
