TEST 33

Test 33 tests Antenna Tuning Unit without power. 
The TU checks that an ATU is connected and if so, if it is in manual mode and able to
communicate with the TU. 
The ATU tests: RAM, Vforward-, Vreflected-, 0 degrees-, 
90 degrees-, and temperature-detector.
