Click the "Disable BOOTP/DHCP" button to save the IP address on the reader.
Result: The reader is assigned the IP address statically.
5.2
Configuration via PROFINET IO (STEP 7)
As of STEP 7 Basic/Professional V17, the RF360R reader is integrated in the TIA Portal and can
be included in SIMATIC automation systems. As of STEP 7 Basic / Professional V16, the reader
can be integrated into the TIA Portal via an HSP file; in older versions (< V16) the reader can
be integrated via a GSDML file. The connection is made via PROFINET, the configuration via
the TIA Portal and work via the Ident blocks of the TIA Portal. You can further configure the
reader using WBM.
Note that no configuration can be performed via the "SIMATIC Ident" technology object when
integrating via the GSDML file with TIA Portal versions < V16.
The GSDML file corresponding to the reader is stored on the reader and can be downloaded
from it via WBM ("The "System - Device settings" menu item (Page 71)"). You can also find the
