when the balance is
powered on.

The AC adapter is not
connected.

Check that the AC adapter
is connected.

even if the AC adapter
plug is properly
connected, the electric
components of the
balance or the AC adapter
may have failed. Replace
the AC adapter to test
whether the adapter was
the problem if you have
an AC adapter of the same
model that you know
operates properly.

affected by an external
influence such as wind and
