Used to adjust the detection level of the
manual feed tray paper width detector.

Extend the manual feed tray guide to the max. width and press
[EXECUTE] button. [EXECUTE] button is highlighted and the
current AD value is temporality saved to RAM as the max.

* During adjustment, "EXECUTING..." is displayed.
* After completion of the max. width adjustment, the P1 width
(A4) adjustment value start screen is displayed.

Extend the manual feed tray guide to the P1 (A4) width posi-
tion and press [EXECUTE] button. [EXECUTE] button is high-
lighted and the current AD value is temporality saved to RAM
as the P1 width (A4) position. (Hereinafter, the value is saved
for each size setting.)

Perform the adjustment of P2 position width (A4R) and min.
position according to the above procedures.

After completion of the adjustment, "COMPLETE" is displayed
and the RAM contents are saved to EEPROM. If the adjust-
ment is not completed normally for any reason, "ERROR" is
displayed and data are not saved to EEPROM. In this case,
the adjustment must be tried again.
