Sequential
Key Mode:
Low Note, High Note, Last Note—

Selects the key priority when more than one key is played
simultaneously.

are monophonic
playback modes that give priority to the lowest, highest, or last note
played, as their names imply.
Retrigger:
On, Off—

key
modes
tab)
Determines whether or not
the envelopes are retriggered if a note is held while additional notes are
played.
Gate Source
Gate Source determines the source that triggers the Pro 3’s envelopes.
Keyboard:
Selects normal envelope triggering using the Pro 3
keyboard.
Ext Audio:
Selects envelope triggering using an external audio
source connected to the audio in connector on the rear of the Pro 3.
Scale
By default, the Pro 3 is set to standard, chromatic western tuning. Addi-
tionally, it supports 64 additional, alternative tunings. These range from
Indonesian Gamelan tunings to even more esoteric modes. To select an
alternative turning, use Soft Knob 4 to scroll through the
scale
menu.

Alternative tunings can be enabled on a per-program basis here, or globally for
all programs by using the
scale
parameter in the
global
menu.
