Clear Error Status. Sends a "&" character to the PCU to clear the PCU error status.
PCU response: None.

10.2.4 General Notes

The CR, LF, ">" echo indicates that the PCU has accepted a command and is ready to process the next
command. Any additional commands will not be accepted until after the PCU echoes CR, LF, ">".

The normal command latency for Monitor or Control commands is 25 milliseconds for an antenna
controller with a single serial port.
