Time Clock Editing
If an employee forgets to clock in or out, authorized personnel can Edit the time clock data from the Time
In-Out Report screen. Use the buttons above the time entries to perform the desired operation. The
available selections include:
•
New –
Use to enter a new time entry for the selected employee.
•
Edit –
Use to edit the current time entry for the selected employee.
•
Delete –
Use this selection to delete the selected time entry for the selected employee.
New Time Entry
1.
From the
Report Mode
, select the
Time In Out Report
from the
Detailed Reports
menu.

Press the
NEW
button to add a new time entry for an employee; the time entry dialog displays:

Use the drop-down lists to select the
EMPLOYEE, JOB CODE, START TIME
and
END
TIME
.
4.
Next, select if the entry is for clock
IN, OUT
or
BREAK TIME
; pressing CANCEL will exit
without entering any data.
