
Rosemount Model P330 Pressure Validator

DESCRIPTION
The hydraulic validator is capable of testing pressures up to 6,000 psi
(400 bar). It provides manual generation of hydraulic pressure for the
validation testing of transmitters. It consists of a screwpress with a
priming pump and priming isolation valve, as well as bleed pipe
connections, as shown below in Figure 7-1.

Internal Parts
The internal hydraulic parts are brass, stainless steel, copper, Nylon
®
and fluorocarbon rubber (Viton
®
).
HYDRAULIC FLUIDS
The hydraulic fluid can be either deionized water or one of the
hydraulic fluids listed in Table 7-1.
