Instalattion and operating manual: MGSM 5.0/MGSM 5.0-PS v.1.8S EN
•
the module is designed to send „human voice” and DTMF formats
•
Ropam Elektronik does not hold any responsibility for failures of GSM network
e.g. „busy network”, lack of GSM signal etc.
•
11.2. ALARM, FAILURE signaling at the TIP-RING output
The module enables alarm state of failure signaling by generating “ring” signal and voice message
(as in case of incoming calls, VSR-2 is required). If functions are activated (GSM GATE bookmark):
„
RING AND VSR-2 MESSAGE WHEN ALARM”
„
RING AND VSR-2 MESSAGE WHEN FAILURE”
then the module at the TIP-RING output, it means on the analogue telephone, will generate
signals:
●
ALARM-
the module generates the „ring” tone and after picking up the receiver, it will
play the audio message (VSR-2) assigned to a particular event (module input, see the
INPUTS bookmark)
●
FAILURE-
the module generates the „ring” tone and after picking up the receiver, it
will play the audio message (VSR-2) assigned to a particular failure (signaling in
accordance with the FAIL diode).
The voice massage is in the following form “
F”FAILURE NUMBER”
, where
the failure number is:
1 – weak signal of GSM network below 2 “dashes”
2 – telephone isn't logged in the network
3 - failed 3 attempts of SMS sending per series
4 – low supply voltage U<11V at the supplying input
5 – overload input 01 (I>1A)
6 - lack of communication with the industrial telephone module
7 – PIN code failure
8 – SIM card problem
