Hiding the status bar
You can hide the status bar display, e.g. in order to enlarge the display area
for the measurement results.
1. Press the DISPLAY key.
2. In the "Display Settings" dialog box, select "Status Bar State: Off".
The status bar is no longer displayed.

To display the status bar again, select "Status Bar State: On".

DISP:SBAR:STAT OFF
The following information is displayed:
Instrument status
The instrument is configured for operation with an external reference.
The optional Digital Baseband interface (B17) is being used for digital input
The optional Digital Baseband interface (B17) is being used to provide digi-
tal output
Error information
If errors or irregularities are detected, a keyword and an error message, if availa-
ble, are displayed in the status bar.
The following keywords are used:
UNCAL
One of the following conditions applies:

Correction data has been switched off.
●
No correction values are available. This occurs, for example, if a firm-
ware update is performed followed by a cold start of the instrument.
●
Record the correction data by performing a self alignment
(for details refer to
Chapter 3.1.9, "Performing a Self Alignment and a
OVLD
Overload of the input mixer.
●
Increase the RF attenuation (for RF input).
●
Reduce the input level (for digital input)
